I called this shop worried I had an oil leak, and they were so kind and helpful. Instead of trying to sell me something, they took the time to explain what was really going on — which turned out to be completely normal AC condensation. They could have easily taken advantage of my worry, but instead they gave me honest, clear advice and so much peace of mind. It's rare to find a repair shop that is this genuine and trustworthy.
